Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Before returning any item, please contact our support team at support@avcoresales.com to obtain return authorization.
AV Core Sales will cover return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error — such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–4 weeks, allowing time for return transit, inspection, and payment processing. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product due to our error and request a replacement, AV Core Sales will:
- Pay for the return shipping of the incorrect item, and
- Ship the replacement item to you using upgraded shipping at no additional cost.
For subscription-based products, a 30-day cancellation notice is required.
Electronic Deliveries
For digital or electronically delivered products, AV Core Sales verifies the product or license key directly with the manufacturer to ensure it has not been activated or tampered with.
Once verified, a refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Restocking Fees
Some product categories may be subject to a restocking fee once fulfilled or distributed:
- Open License Products: 15% restocking fee
- Retail Licenses: 15% restocking fee
- Antivirus Products: 25% restocking fee
Shipping Policy
We ship to most destinations worldwide. However, certain products may have shipping restrictions or may not be eligible for international shipping.
When placing an order online or through our support team, delivery times depend on product availability, shipping method, and destination.
Most orders are shipped the same day.

Electronic Delivery
If your order includes a digital product (such as a software download or license key), you will receive the product details and/or activation key via email on the same day your order is confirmed.
